摘 要:设计适用于活塞环-气缸套的摩擦性能试验机加热系统,能够使得摩擦实验条件更接近真实的内燃机工作环境。基于ANSYS有限元模型的瞬态热分析,与电热片相比,以加热带作为加热系统加热元件,能够使得试件得到均匀的加热,且加热带的柔性也使得加热带能够易于敷设在具有型面的缸套表面上。基于ANSYS有限元模型的稳态热分析表明,加热带的设计选择应当考虑到加热带存在的热损失。对加热系统的温度控制与加热系统总体方案进行设计,设计的加热系统可以实现对内燃机摩擦性能试验更好的技术支持。The heating system of tribological test equipment for piston ring-cylinder liner was designed. The tribological test will approach the true internal combustion engine circumstance by the heating system. The instantaneous heat analysis based on FEM model indicates that the heating belt could make the test cylinder liner be heated well-distributed when it is used as heating source and compared with electric heater piece,and the flexibility of the heating belt also makes it be easy applied to the liner surface which possesses some shape. The steady heat analysis based on FEM model indicates that the heat loss of heating belt should be thought of in design of heating system. The temperature control and general plan of the heating system were devised. The heating system is able to provide better technical support to the tribological characteristic test of piston ring-cylinder liner.
