摘  要:依据高校辅导员《职业能力标准》对职业化、专业化的要求,运用SWOT分析法,融合生命周期理论,对处于不同阶段的辅导员进行优势、劣势、机会和威胁分析,引入发展性评价,以反馈的形式强化辅导员自我职业认同。建议以差别化奖励和追究责任暗留激励的形式增强辅导员社群的成员资格;加强职业仪式建设,构建"辅导员学"范畴,辅之以数据库建设,激发辅导员工作热情,提高团队协作能力。According to the requirement of professionalism and specialization,set by Vocation Capacity Standard in university counselors,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in different stages of university counselors are analyzed by SWOT method as well as Lifecycle Theory. And the developmental evaluation is introduced to consolidate their self-vocation identity in the form of feedback. It is suggested in the following aspects: differentiation reward and responsibility encouragement should be formed to strengthen the membership; vocation ceremony construction should be enhanced; the "University Counselor Learning"concept should be established with data base to promote the enthusiasm and group coordination of university counselor.
