高校餐饮员工梯形管理结构探究

摘　　要：高校餐饮的管理直接影响着高校的发展,当前我国高校餐饮的管理工作在管理水平、员工素质、工作规范等诸多方面普遍存在问题,科学的管理方法是提高管理水平的关键。本文结合高校餐饮员工的实际情况,探究其梯形化管理结构。The university catering management directly a ff ects the development of colleges and universities. At present, the food management work in general management level, staff quality, work norms and other aspects of the problem, the scientific management method is the key to improve the management level. This paper combined with the actual situation of catering staff, on the ladder management structure of inquiry.
