摘  要:我国公立医院目前广泛采用的编制审批制,因其逐步显露出来的弊端而逐步被编制备案制所取代,后者将对医院的人员招聘工作产生深刻影响,医院将独立完成各种人员的招聘工作。为了保障招聘工作的顺利实施和取得应有的成效,建议建立健全招聘相关制度、完善监督制度执行的机制和明确医院人力资源部的招聘责任。In China, establishment, check and approval system is adopted by most public hospitals, but more and more shortcomings of this system were found gradually, and more hospitals began to utilize record-keeping system instead of check and approval system. The effect of record-keeping system on recruitment of hospitals is profound. Under the record-keeping system, hospitals could carry out all kinds of recruitment independently. In order to guarantee smooth and effective recruitment, relevant recruitment regulations should be developed and improved, implementation mechanism of supervision system should be improved and the responsibility of human resource department of hospital should be confirmed.
