摘　　要：论文讨论了交叉学科学位的蕴义及其高等教育哲学价值,进而研究分析了教育发达国家设立交叉学科学位或开展相关教育实践的基本经验,并结合我国创新型人才培养的需要和学位教育的实际情况,阐明了在我国研究生教育阶段设立交叉学科学位必要性、可行性。同时围绕如何设立交叉学科学位提出了研究建议:国家层面建立基本规范、培养单位建立扶持机制、学位点建立培养机制,三者协同形成交叉学科学位的创新人才培养体系。In this paper, we discuss the implication of the cross disciplinary degree and the philosophical value for higher education. Then we study and analyze the education experience in developed countries which establish cross-disciplinary degree or carry out relevant educational practice, and clarify the necessity and feasibility of establishing cross-disciplinary degree in China in postgraduate education combined with the requirement of cultivating innovative talents and the actual situation of degree education in China. At the same time, we put forward some suggestions on how to set up cross-disciplinary degree as follows, setting up basic norms nationally, developing support mechanisms in training units, building training mechanisms in degree authorities, all cooperating to form a training system for innovative talents of cross-disciplinary degree.
