摘  要:中国传统文化以人人皆具的乾坤明德为修身基础,而人因迷悟不同而有修身程度差别。圣人通过设立生生不息的教育,以天时地利育人;设立礼乐文明的教化,以乾刚坤柔化人;设立尊师重道的教学,以天尊地卑示人。生生以育、礼乐以化和尊师以学三方面内容是传统文化中启发人们效法天地反身修德、进德修业的修身教育理念。It is thought that everyone has bright virtue [ust like the hTraditional Culture and that is where one's self -cultivation begins. However,different people have dif-ferent consciousness of this philosophical idea so that their personal cultivation also show different degreesin perfection. Chinese ancient sages and saints set forth their instructions guiding people to prosperity andhappiness through inspiration of all things in the nature-establish rules for ceremonies and compose appro-priate music for different occasions to improve the health conditions of all and revere those who live a simple life following principles of the nature as the Mtry. Through this kind of education,sages and saints enlightened ancient Chinese on examining) themselves,and cultivating their virtue. This is the idea of self -cultivation education of Chi-nese traditional culture.
