摘　　要：本文对出土于河北省磁县北朝墓群M003号墓墓主人元祜的人骨进行了线粒体DNA分析。从元祜个体的线粒体DNA高可变Ⅰ区的突变位点及共享序列分布情况来看,推测元祜个体可能是东胡的后裔,并且该单倍型在东胡人群及其后裔中有一定的基因连续性。东魏王朝皇族元祜身份明确,族属为拓跋鲜卑。元祜人骨的线粒体DNA研究,对于判断拓跋鲜卑人群的遗传结构提供参考依据。This study aims to use an ancient DNA approach to analyze the human skeletal remains recovered from M003, one tomb in Cixian, Hebei Province. It was Yuan Hu＇s tomb based on the epitaph also recovered in the tomb, According to the mtDNA HVR-I and coding SNPs, it is indicated that Yuan Hu may be the descendant of Donghu population, as well as that this haplotype had the genetic continuity in Donghu population and their descendants. Because the individual is clearly identified as Tuoba Xianbei population, this study will have important significance to estimate the genetic structure of Xianbei population.
