摘  要:动物药是我国传统中药的重要组成部分,具有活性高、疗效独特、资源广的特点,其用药历史悠久,临床意义重大。但动物药取材于药用动物整体或其各种器官、组织或其代谢产物和病理产物,基原种类繁多,成分复杂、特殊。与植物药研究的日新月异,蓬勃发展相比,动物药研究起步较晚,物质基础薄弱,尤其缺乏符合动物药成分特点的研究策略与技术手段。蛋白质、氨基酸是大多数动物药的主要组成成分,亦是许多动物药材发挥独特疗效的重要物质基础。文章就历年来动物药中蛋白质、氨基酸成分分析检测技术及其在药材品质评定、质量控制等方面的应用进行归纳总结,以为发展和建立符合动物药特色的研究策略和技术提供参考。Animal medicine,as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,possess high activity,unique curative effect and also wide resources. They have been applied in the clinical diseases with a long history and generated important significance.But animal medicine,derived from the whole body or various animal organs,tissues or metabolites or pathological products of medicinal animals,have diversity original and complex special ingredients. Compared with rapid and vigorous research of plant medicine,research about animal medicine started late and foundation was weak,especially lack of research strategies and techniques accord with the characteristics of animal medicine composition. Protein and amino acid,as the foundation of many animal medicinal materials,play a unique effect on many diseases. This paper will review the detection and analysis technologies of the protein and amino acid and sum up the application in quality control and evaluation of animal medicine. The review will provide the reference for development and establishment research strategies and techniques,which conforms to the characteristics of animal medicine.
