摘　　要：能否得到学生的认同是高职院校学生工作精品项目培育成败的关键因素,因此,项目认同感的培育是学生工作精品项目培育的重点内容。文章在全面分析高职院校学生工作精品项目认同感的内涵、形成机理、影响因素后,提出采取精心麟选精品项目、用心挑选宣讲老师、细心选择合适的情境、注重项目的宣讲方式、营造良好的文化氛围等措施培育高职院校学生工作精品项目的认同感,以期为高职院校学生工作精品项目的培育提供借鉴和指导。The key factor for the success or failure of students＇work quality project in higher vocational colleges is whether they can get the identity of the students. Therefore, the cultivation of project identification is the key content of the cultivation of students＇work quality projects. Based on the comprehensive analysis of higher vocational college students＇work quality project identity sense of the connotation, formation mechanism, influencing factors, measures should be taken such as careful selection of boutique items, lectures teachers, attention to the propaganda of the project, to create a good cultural atmosphere and other measures, in order to provide reference and guidance for the cultivation of students＇work quality project in higher vocational colleges.
