摘 要:目的构建临床医学专业学位研究生胜任力模型并进行有效分析。方法对44位临床专业学位毕业研究生的行为事件访谈获取了262个关键事件,经过主题分析、行为编码和不同绩效组研究生胜任力的差异性检验确定优秀者鉴别胜任力;并结合918份个人问卷以及59份医疗机构人员的问卷调查。获取临床医学专业学位研究生的基准胜任力,共同构成临床专业学位研究生胜任力模型。结果临床医学专业学位胜任力模型包括10项鉴别胜任力和8项基准胜任力。结论鉴别胜任力对优秀者具有区别能力,可用作制定评优和奖惩标准,基准胜任力是胜任岗位都应具备的门槛胜任力,可作为培养的基本要求。Objective To establish competency model of postgraduate in clinical medicine professional degree, and give an effective analysis .Methods Behavioral event interview were used among 44 postgraduate graduated and 262 key events were analyzed by complimented behavior code , and then the distinctive competency characters were identified after compared the competency character of the graduate with different achievements . Results The questionnaire surveys of postgraduate student ( with 918 populations ) and 6 hospitals ( with 59 individual ) were conducted to get threshold competency characters .The competency model included 10 differentiating competences which were key factors of excellence performance and used to formulate the appraising excellence rewards , and the model also included 8 threshold competences characters which were basic requirements and used to formulate the standard of training a postgraduate in clinical medicine professional degree . Conclusions Differentiating competency has distinguishing ability among the outstanding persons , can be used for making evaluation and incentive standard , the standard competence is a threshold competency which the job need for the persons to be competent , and can be used as the basic requirements of training .
