番茄红素复合维生素E对轻度认知障碍老年人群干预的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察番茄红素复合维生素E干预对轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)老人认知功能的影响并探讨其相关机制。方法募集56名MCI老年志愿者,按年龄、文化程度及MMSE测试分数匹配的原则,分为番茄红素组(30人)和安慰剂组(26人)。番茄红素组每天服用番茄红素胶囊(每粒含番茄红素10.6mg、维生素E 7.3 mg),安慰剂组服用安慰剂胶囊;每日2次,每次1粒,为期6个月。采用基本认知能力(BCAT)软件评价老人的认知功能;取血清检测IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、us CRP、Hcy含量,以及血糖血脂水平。结果与安慰剂组比较,番茄红素组老人BCAT测试总分明显提高(P<0.05);同时Hcy和IL-6水平显著降低(P<0.05),而IL-10、TNF-α、us CRP浓度及血糖血脂水平无明显变化。结论番茄红素和维生素E复合制剂干预可增强MCI老人认知功能,其作用机制与降低同型半胱氨酸、减轻炎性反应有关。Objective To observe the effect of lycopene combined with vitamin E supplementation on the cognitive function of the elderly MCI patients and explore related mechanism.Methods Based on the principle of ethics and informed consent, 56 elderly MCI patients were assigned to the placebo （26 persons） and lycopene groups （30 persons）, which were supplemented with placebo and lycopene combined with E preparation for 6 months, respectively. The cognitive function was evaluated by basic cognitive aptitude test （BCAT） test. The concentrations of serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,usCRP and Hcy were measured. The glucose and lipids levels in serum were also tested.Results Compared with the placebo group, the scores of BCAT in lycopene group were significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Similarly, the concentrations of serum Hcy and IL-6 were significantly declined （P〈0.05）, while there were no significant changes in the concentrations of serum IL-10, TNF-α, usCRP, blood lipids and glucose. Conclusion The lycopene combined with E intervention could significantly improve the cognitive function of elderly MCI patients. The underlying mechanism may be related to the declines of Hcy and inflammatory factors.
