摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高,食品卫生问题逐渐引起公众和政府部门的高度重视。威胁食品安全的因素有很多,其中微生物产生的各种霉素的影响最为突出。为更好地开展食品微生物检验工作,保证食品质量和消费者的身体健康,本文详细地阐述食品微生物检验技术目前存在的问题,并提出相关的解决对策,希望能够促进该项技术的快速发展。With the continuous improvement of human living standard, food hygiene problem has aroused the public and government departments attach great importance. There are many factors threatening food safety, including micro-organisms produced by the impact of the most prominent variety of mold. In order to make food microbiological examination work better and ensure food quality and health of consumers, this paper will present food microbiology testing technology in detail the problems described and related solutions proposed in the hope of promoting the project and the rapid development of technology.
