摘　　要：目的探讨军校大学生时间管理倾向和拖延行为的相关性,以期为提高后续军校大学生的教育工作提供理论参考。方法 2015年10月至2016年3月,采用分层抽样法选取某军医大学临床医学本科生312名为调查对象。采用一般拖延量表以及时间管理倾向量表对其进行调查。结果军校本科生拖延行为条目总均分为(2.56±0.47)分,时间管理倾向条目总平均分为(3.26±0.21)分;不同年级本科生的拖延行为总分、时间管理倾向总分的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);二、三年级分别与四年级拖延行为总分、时间管理倾向总分的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);拖延行为总分与时间管理倾向呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论四年级军校临床本科生自我约束能力强,拖延行为现象少,时间管理能力高于其他年级;军校大学生良好的时间管理能力能较好地预测本科生拖延行为,具有积极的作用。Objective To explore the correlation between time management disposition and procrastination in the military medical university students.Methods By convenience sampling, 3121 military medical university students were selected and investigated with the procrastination assessment scale-students and adolescence time management disposition scale,in order to provide theoritical references for the improvement of the education of military medical students.Results The average total score in procrastination was （2.56 ±0.47） ,while average total score in time management disposition was （3.26±0.21）.The statistical significances of procrastination and time management disposition were found between the military medical students in different grades （all P 〈0.05）.There was statistical significance of procrastination and time management disposition between the grade two, grade three and grade four（all P 〈0.05）.Procrastination was negatively correlated with time management disposition （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The self-discipline, procrastination phenomenon and time management ability of the fourth grade military medical students are better than other grades.The good time management skills of military medical university can well predict undergraduates procrastination.
