大学生休闲体育参与现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：本文对宜春学院大学生休闲体育的参与现状及影响因素进行了分析.结果表明,当前大学生休闲体育的参与现状不理想,时间、场地、学校资源等客观条件与动机、态度等主观因素共同制约了高校休闲体育的开展.建议学校加大对大学生休闲体育的关注,为其提供必要的体育公共服务;同时建议大学生要转变对休闲体育价值的认识,积极培养终生体育意识.This paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of leisure sports participation of college students. The results show that the present situation of college students＇ participation in leisure sports is not satisfactory. Such objective conditions as time, place and relative resources and such subjective factors as motiva- tion and attitude curb the practice of leisure sport activities. It is proposed in this paper that colleges and universi- ties should attach more importance to students＇ leisure sport activities, provide more facilities and services. It is al- so proposed that the students actively alter their attitudes toward leisure sports and foster the awareness of life-long sport.
