摘　　要：结合Krashen的输入假设理论、Merrill Swain的输出假设理论和文秋芳的输出驱动假设理论及中国非英语专业学生具体情况和特点,分析与探讨了输入、输出交互促进二语学习者职场英语口语交流技能习得与发展的理论依据和实践应用。This article,combining the theories of Krashen＇s Input Hypothesis,Swain＇s Output Hypothesis and Wen Qiufang＇s Outputdriven Hypothesis with the specific features of Chinese non-English major students,analyzes and discusses the theories and application of the interaction of input and output on developing oral communication in workplace.
