摘　　要：针对当前我国高职实训基地建设和管理的现状和存在的问题进行了详细分析。从培养学生"能胜岗+能转岗"能力的角度,结合学校实际提出了高职实训基地建设和管理的改革思路:明确方向、统筹建设、规范管理、校企共建共管实训基地,建设一支高素质的实训师资队伍等措施以创新高职实践教学人才培养模式。This paper makes a detailed analysis of current situation and existing problems in higher vocational training base construction and management in our country. It also,from the perspective of students＇ being qualified for their position and transferable to other positions,combines with my school＇s actual situation,and puts forward the reform of thought for higher vocational training base construction and management： clear direction,coordinated construction,standardized management,training base of joint construction and joint management by enterprises and school,and construction of a training staff of high quality,to innovate talent training pattern in vocational education.
