摘　　要：信息技术的进步与发展,不仅推动了教育领域中各学科研究范式的变革,而且对大学英语教师的组织协调能力发展产生了诸多的影响。基于此,本文围绕信息技术支持下的大学英语教学环境,对某省的210名大学英语教师展开调查,以调查问卷和教师访谈为研究工具,以大学英语教师的组织协调能力现状及影响因素为研究问题,并对研究数据进行分析和讨论。目前虽然有些相关方面的研究,但是这些研究并没有充分关注如何提高大学英语教师的组织协调能力。调查结果显示,目前大学英语教师的组织协调能力的发展不均衡,其影响因素是多方面的。本文旨在探索提高大学英语教师的组织协调能力的基本思路。The progress and development of information technology not only has promoted the change of the paradigm in various educational disciplines, but also has some influence on their ability of organization and coordination. The study looks into 210 college English teachers in a province in the information ＆ technology- oriented teaching environment. The analysis is based on the data from questionnaire and teacher interviews, followed by analyses and discussions of English teachers＇ ability of organization and coordination. It is found some achievements have been done in the area, yet in general the quantity of research is insufficient. The findings indicate an unbalance on between teachers＇ ability of organization and coordination. With a down-to-earth attitude, the study takes broader perspectives and suggestions to improve College English teaching abilities.
