摘  要:目的通过研制《中医专业学位硕士研究生临床带教教师评价表》,以全面、客观地评价我院专业学位硕士生临床带教教师带教质量。方法用自编《中医专业学位硕士研究生临床带教教师评价表》对东方医院2013、2014、2015级参加住院医师规范化培训的专业学位硕士、科室教学秘书、科主任进行问卷调查,评价东方医院住院医师规范化培训临床带教教师的带教意识、水平和质量。结果调查表各因素的Cronbach'sα系数均较高,在0.798-0.885之间。评价表总平均分为85.75,总分为"优"的问卷有718份,占问卷总数的71.66%,问卷总分为"不合格"的有35份,占总问卷数的3.49%。结论本研究的调查表具有良好的信度,该调查表的结果具有较高的可靠性。我院规培研究生对带教教师整体满意度较高,我院规培带教教师整体水平较高。Objective To conduct a comprehensive and objective evaluation of clinical teaching quality in ourhospital by means of compiling the teacher's evaluation reform. Methods Master students of grade 2013, 2014 and2015 who received standardized residency training in the Dongfang Hospital were given a questionnaire survey.Teaching secretaries and heads of the departments were also investigated on the teaching awareness, level andquality of the clinical teaching staff. Results Cronbach's alpha coefficients were 0.798-0.885 which wererelatively higher. The grand mean was 85.75, with 718 subjects ranking excellent, totaling 71.66%, and 35 subjectsranking fail totaling 3.49%. Conclusion This evaluation form is of good reliability and the investigation result is ofgood reliability. The standardized residency training of master students' clinical teaching in our hospital enjoys ahigh degree of satisfaction.
