摘 要:目的探讨高中生的焦虑、抑郁与家庭环境的关系。方法使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、中文版家庭环境量表(FES-CV)对875名高中生进行调查。结果高中生抑郁症状检出率为28.76%,焦虑症状检出率为38.89%;父亲文化程度较高的家庭,孩子出现焦虑和抑郁的概率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高中生抑郁、焦虑情绪与家庭环境密切相关,亲密性、娱乐性、组织性和父亲文化程度高是抑郁症状的保护因素,亲密性、组织性和父亲文化程度高是焦虑症状的保护因素,矛盾性、控制性和成功性是抑郁症状的危险因素,矛盾性、控制性是焦虑症状的危险因素。结论家庭环境与高中生抑郁和焦虑情绪关系紧密。Objective To explore the relationship among anxiety, depression and family environment in senior high school students. Methods 875 high school students were assessed with the self rating Depression Scale ( SDS ), the self rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ), the Chinese version of the family environment scale ( FES-CV ) . Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms of the high school students was 28.76 %, the prevalence of anxiety symptom of the high school students was 38.89 % ; the higher education level of father family, the child appears probability of anxiety and depression was lower, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ); depression and anxiety of high school students is closely related to the family environment, intimacy, entertainment and the organization and father's education level were the protective factors of depression, intimacy, organization and high cultural degree of father is a protective factor for anxiety symptoms, eontradie tion and success, is a risk factor of depressive symptoms, the conflicts and control of risk factors of anxiety symptoms, Conclusion The family environment was closely related with high school students' symptoms of depression and anxiety,
