摘　　要：临床医生作为医疗行为、医学技术实施的主体,其素质直接影响了医学的发展。临床医生不仅要有专业技术,同时也要人文并举。人文与医学的讨论、叙事医学的发展,无不提示、催醒着临床医生要提高人文修养。本文从人文修养和技术的关系、人文修养的重要性及人文修养的培养途径三个方面展开论述,试图厘清人文修养和技术两者的关系,阐明人文修养中哲学修养、道德修养、文学艺术修养、历史修养、法律修养对医学、临床医生的积极作用,提出从哲学修养、道德修养、文学修养、艺术修养、历史修养、法律修养方面着手提高人文修养的方法。As the performers of medical service and medical technology,clinicians＇ qualities directly affect the development of medical science and technology.They should have not only professional technology but also humanistic cultivation.The discussion of Literature and Medicine and the development of narrative medicine tells us clinicians should strengthen their humanistic cultivation.The article mainly discusses the relationship of humanistic cultivation and technology,the importance of humanistic cultivation and its training methods,in order to clarify the indispensable relationship between humanistic cultivation and technology,to prove the positive role of the philosophy attainment,ethics attainment,literature and art attainment,history attainment and legal attainment.Then the methods of improving humanistic cultivation are put forward from above aspects.
