摘　　要：在建设学习型社会和鼓励终身学习的大背景下,不同教育系统之间的学分互认和学分转换成为教育发展的趋势之一。基于系统动力学探讨了学分转换平台运行的必要性,分析了学分转换运行的影响因素,并针对学分转换平台的正常运行提出对策建议。under the background of building a learning society and encouraging lifelong learning,the mutual recognition of credits and credit transfer among different educational systems have become one of the trends of educational development.Based on the system dynamics,this paper discusses the necessity of the credit transfer platform,analyzes the influencing factors of the credit transfer operation,and puts forward some suggestions on the normal operation of the credit transfer platform.
