摘　　要：药学硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中必须强调教学与实践相结合,根据专业硕士研究生的培养目标、课程设置、研究方向,建立"4321"培养模式,顺应我国药学专业人才的需求。The combination of teaching and practice must be emphasized in the process of cultivation of master＇s degree students. Based on the training objectives, curriculum setting and research direction, the ＂4321＂ cultivation model for pharmaceutical postgraduates of professional degree is beneficial to meet the needs of Chinese pharmaceutical professionals.
