美国高校大型设备共享管理方式及启示

摘　　要：通过介绍美国高校大型仪器共享平台的共享管理模式,借鉴美国在大型仪器的管理制度、门禁管理、账号管理、共享模式、维修维护及技术支持等方面行之有效的经验,结合我国科研设备的实际使用和共享情况,在平台制度建立、培训管理、维修维护、专业人才的培养方面加强我国高校大型仪器设备的共享管理提出建议,为完善平台的开放管理制度,提高大型仪器的科研产出比提供思路和方法。The large instruments and equipment sharing management in American universities is introduced and summarized.The paper introduces the experience of American universities from management system,access control management,account management,sharing mode,maintenance and technical support and other aspects,Undoubtedly,these will be meaningful to improve input-output ratio of scientific research of large instruments and equipment in China.We establish a platform by combining the actual situation of management of scientific instruments and equipment with American experience.The establishment of the platform can improve the open management system,improve the scientific research output,and promote China＇s development of science and technology.
