摘　　要：基于关键绩效指标法(KPI),设计适应于经济管理类的实验室绩效考核指标和权重。使用ASP.NET(C#)+SQL Server技术,开发完成了基于B/S模式的实验室绩效考核系统,实现了绩效考核指标及权重配置、绩效考核、数据统计分析等功能。通过该系统的实施,可有效提升工作效率,提高实验室信息化建设水平。Based on the KPI（Key Performance Index）method,the evaluation index and weight which fit in with the laboratory performance for Economics and Management majors are designed.By using the ASP.NET（C#）＋SQL Server technology,a system of the evaluation index and weight based on the B/S mode is developed,and the functions of the evaluation index,weight allocation,performance evaluation and statistical data analysis are realized.Through the implementation of the system,the working efficiency is effectively promoted,and the level of the laboratory informationization construction is improved.
