农村生态文明教育实践方法初探

摘　　要：当前农村生态环境日益恶化,求解农村生态文明建设之出路成为当务之急。农村生态文明教育能为美丽乡村建设提供理论指导和精神动力。当前农村生态文明教育存在受教育者素质不高、教育人才缺乏,教育手段和方式单一以及农村生态文明教育参与主体生态意识淡薄等问题。国家顶层设计缺乏、教育物质基础薄弱以及教育保障制度不完善是造成这些问题的主要原因。因此必须加强农村生态文明教育的顶层设计、奠定农村生态文明教育物质基础、建立健全农村生态文明教育法律制度以及利用乡规民约进行生态文明教育,充分发挥生态文明教育改善和提高农村生态环境的作用。Rural ecological environment has been deteriorating currently; therefore, finding the way to solve the rural ecological civilization construction is the top priority. Rural ecological civiliza- tion education can provide theoretical guidance and spiritual power for the construction of the beautiful countryside. At present, ecological civilization education is short of high quality and talented person- nel, education means and the participation among rural areas. The lack of national top-level design, weak material basis and educational guaranteeing system might be the main causes of these problems. Hence, it is needed to strengthen top-level design of rural ecological civilization education, lay the ma- terial foundation of rural ecological civilization education, establish and improving civilization educa- tion of rural ecological laws and apply the local customs in ecological civilization education, so as to make full use of the rural ecological civilization education to improve the level of rural ecological envi- ronment.
