摘 要:本研究旨在检验焦点解决疗法改善大学生手机依赖的咨询效果。从广东某高校126名大学生中选取60名大学生,其中实验组30人(流失2人,最终28人),每周接受1-2次心理咨询与干预,为期6周,对照组30人不接受干预。所有参加实验的被试在干预前后两个阶段进行手机依赖问卷、人际关系分量表、强迫分量表、自我评估报告的调查。结果发现干预后实验组在手机依赖的失控性、戒断性、逃避性、低效性上的得分显著降低,人际关系和强迫得分显著下降,对照组在失控性得分上显著提高。研究表明采用焦点解决短期疗法确实有助于改善大学生手机依赖的程度,提升他们的人际水平,改善他们的强迫症状。The present study aims to explore the effects of the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in the treatment of college students with mobile phone addiction, by testing 60 college students, who were divided into two groups, with the experimental group receiving psychological counseling on one or two occasions in six weeks, and the eontrol group receiving no interventions, based on the mobile phone addiction quesfionnaire, the interpersonal relationship scale, the obsessive-compulsive scale, and the self-assessment report. The results show that the experimental group scored significantly lower in uncontrolled response, withdrawal, escape, inefficiency, interpersenal relationship, and compulsion, whereas the control group scored significantly higher in uncontrolled response. The study concludes that the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy can be used to help eollege students reduce their mobile phone addiction, and improve their interpersenal relationship.
