摘　　要：【目的/意义】本文研究了在线医疗社区用户的知识互动行为,以了解此类社区的知识共享特征和用户群体特征,并为社区的持续知识共享和可持续发展提供建议。【方法/过程】首先,利用社会网络分析方法构建知识共享网络,计算社会网络指标了解知识分享概况与传播效率;然后根据用户的知识互动行为特征对用户进行聚类分析,了解不同用户群体的行为差异与留存时间差异;最后依据知识互动背后的社会支持对主题帖进行分类,分析不同类别主题帖的关注度差异,了解用户的知识需求。【结果/结论】本研究发现知识分享网络具有小世界效应,说明知识可以在社区中快速传播;分析结果还显示社区成员最关注他人分享的经验知识,而且不同用户群体的知识分享行为和活跃时长有显著差异。【Purpose/significance】This paper investigates users＇ knowledge interaction behaviors in online health commu-nity to understand the knowledge sharing characteristics of different user groups, and it aims at providing suggestions forthe community＇s sustainable knowledge sharing and sustainable development. [Method/process】At first, knowledge shar-ing network is built and indexes is calculated using network analysis method to analyze the knowledge sharing conditionand efficiency of knowledge transmission. Then in order to understand behavior differences and sustainable participation ofdifferent user groups, we have a clustering analysis to identify user＇s role based on their knowledge interaction features. Atlast, the paper classifies threads into several types based on social support and analyzes people＇s attention to different typesof threads to have a look at user＇s knowledge demand.【Result/conclusion】The result shows that the knowledge sharing net-work is a small-world network, which indicates that knowledge can be transmitted quickly in online health community. Inaddition, we find that people are strongly eager for others experience information and different user groups have differentknowledge interaction features and active duration.
