摘 要:高校人才培养作为我国高层次创新人才培养的重要组成部分,对我国创新型社会的建设具有重要战略意义。近几年,福州大学经济与管理学院探索了一种"校校企"协同打造校内虚拟仿真实践平台的新模式,该模式引入校外合作高校和企业的优质资源,变输血式投入为造血式发展,操作性实践为创新性实践,学习性实践为创业性实践,不仅培养了学生的企业实践能力和创新创业能力,同时也解决了校际间的优质资源共享和企业的技术问题,实现了"校校企"互惠共赢,共同发展的战略目标,成效显著。Talents training is an important part of our university education and has important strategic significance for the construction of innovative society in China. In recent years, the School of Economics and Management of Fuzhou University has worked out a new model: a virtual simulation platform collaboratively built on campus by the university and enterprise. The model introduces high quality resources of other universities and enterprises, changes "blood transfusion" into "blood making", operational practice into innovative practice, and learning practice into entrepreneurship practice. This win-win model has achieved remarkable success in developing the practical and innovative abilities of the students, solving the existing problems, and realizing quality resources sharing between universities and enterprises, and has thus brought benefits to both schools and enterprises.
