韩国职教影视动画专业人才培养模式的研究与借鉴

摘　　要：本文介绍了韩国职教影视动画专业的现状,对其人才培养模式的优势展开了系统研究,并从宏观政策推动、培养定位明确、人才订单精准、培养制度灵活等方面进行了分析。中韩两国地理文化相近,因此韩国影视动画的职业教育对我国有较强的借鉴意义,包括人才培养要符合经济文化发展实际,培养目标要满足企业需求,培养方法要适合专业特点,培养环节要依托校企联合等有益启示对我国职教影视动画专业的人才培养起到了积极促进作用。In this paper, the authors introclueed the current situatlon ot the professional education ot movie, television and animation in South Korean vocational education, and made a systematic analysis of the advantages of their training model, such as getting favorable policies, setting up a clear objective based on accurate orders, and having a flexible training system. China and South Korea are close in geography and similar in culture, so their experience is of great significance for our movie, television and animation education, which should meet the needs of economic and cultural development, as well as business companies. The training methods should suit the professional characteristics, and rely on school-enterprise cooperation. All this useful enlightenment will play a positive role in promoting the movie, television and animation education in our vocational colleges.
