摘 要:选取南京邮电大学103名参加形体瑜伽课程的大一女生,采用表象放松训练进行实验干预,以探讨表象放松训练对学生课堂心境状态的影响及不同放松体式间的差异。研究结果表明:(1)应用表象放松训练后,学生心境的活跃性、愉悦性、思虑性、平静性显著提高;(2)愤怒性、激动性、抑郁性、无活力性显著降低;(3)不同放松体式对积极心境状态的影响差异显著;(4)不同放松体式对消极心境状态的影响差异不显著。This paper studies the influence on mood state of students in classes of imagery relaxation training and difference between different relaxation postures based on the experiment conducted on the 103 first -year college girl students taking body yoga classes in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. The study shows that: (1) after application of imagery relaxation training, the activeness, pleasure, deliberation and calmness of students' mood state are significantly increased; (2) anger, excitement, depression, debility are significantly reduced; (3) there is great difference between different relaxation gestures on positive mood state; (4) there is no difference between different relaxation gestures on negative mood state.
