Knowledge Sharing in Engineering Cost Consultation Enterprise Based on Structural Equation Modeling

摘　　要：工程造价咨询企业作为项目型知识型企业具有很多特点,这些特征会引起企业内部知识流的形成。在现有研究中,知识共享并没有受到足够的重视,往往都是放在知识管理的大框架中研究,并且没有结合工程造价咨询企业的业务特点。本文基于知识共享理论和工程造价咨询企业的特点,从共享主体、共享客体、主体与客体的关系、共享环境四个方面提出知识共享影响因素概念模型,并运用调查问卷和结构方程模型对上述四个方面进行分析,根据模型输出的标准化路径系数发现显性知识地区性、隐性知识共享方式、隐性知识流失性、知识所有者共享成本、知识所有者表达能力、企业结构、企业文化及价值观会对企业知识共享造成较为明显的影响,最后针对这些因素提出相应措施。Engineering cost consultation enterprises,a kind of knowledge-based enterprises,have many characteristics,which could cause the formation of knowledge flow within the enterprise.However,the knowledge sharing does not attract enough attention in the existing research,and it is often researched in the big frame of the knowledge management,and moreover,it does not combine the business features of the engineering cost consultation enterprise. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the engineering cost consultation enterprises,and it puts forward the theoretical framework of the engineering cost consultation enterprises＇ knowledge sharing influence factors from four dimensions： the knowledge sharing object,the knowledge sharing subject,the relationship between the subject and object and the knowledge sharing environment. Then this paper takes questionnaire and structural equation model to analyze these factors,and finds out that the following factors which will affect knowledge sharing of engineering cost consultation enterprises： regionality,ways of knowledge sharing,loss of tacit knowledge,the share cost of knowledge owners, the presentation skill of knowledge owners,the enterprise structure and the enterprise culture. Finally,this paper proposes corresponding measures for these factors.
