摘 要:目的基于探索性因子分析构建妇产科护士胜任力模型。方法利用文献调查和专家小组讨论方法确定妇产科护士初始模型,通过初始模型编制胜任力问卷,对102名妇产科护士进行问卷调查,利用主成分分析方法提取因子。结果问卷Cronbach'sα系数为0.974,构建的妇产科护士胜任力模型包括专业素质、心理素质、职业态度、人际沟通能力、抗压能力、道德品质、亲和能力、团队协作能力、应急应变能力9个维度,共52个条目,9个维度的累积方差贡献率为65.965%。结论妇产科护士胜任力模型的建立为妇产科护士的选拔、培养和考核提供科学依据。Objective To build the competency model of nurses in the department of gynecology and obstetrics based on exploratory factor analysis. Methods To build the first competency model of the nurses in the department of gynecology and obstetrics through literature review and expert group discussion. To make competency questionnaire according to the first competency model and conduct a questionnaire survey to the nurses in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. The competence elements were extracted with principle component analysis. Results The Cronbaehg alpha of the questionnaire was 0. 974. The com- petency model included 9 dimensions, which were professional qualities, psychological qualities, occupational attitude, interpersonal communication competence, the ability to compressive resistance, moral quality, their affinity teamwork spirit, the ability of dealing with emergency, the accumulative variance contribution rate of the 9 factors was 65. 965 %. Conclusion The competency model can provide evidence on nurses selection, training and evaluation in the department of gyne- cology and obstetrics.
