PDCA法在提高手术室护生手卫生依从性带教管理中的实践

摘　　要：目的:运用PDCA循环管理带教提高手术室护理实习生手卫生依从性及正确率。方法:将2016年3-8月在笔者所在科实习的护生共102名进行分段干预,采用PDCA循环管理法,制定带教计划、培训方案、改善卫生设施、加强宣传力度,及时接受反馈信息不断改进教学方法,比较干预前、干预后护生洗手正确率、手卫生合格情况及相关医务人员手卫生规范考核成绩。结果:与干预前相比,干预后护生洗手正确、手卫生合格情况优于干预前(P<0.001),医务人员手卫生规范考核成绩明显提高。结论:将PDCA循环法运用于手术室护生手卫生的带教管理中取得良好效果,使护生正确掌握洗手、手消毒剂的使用时机及方法,持续改善了手卫生的合格情况,完善手卫生规范知识。Objective：To study the PDCA management method in the operation room nursing intern teaching management of hand hygiene knowledge,to improve the compliance of hand hygiene and handwashing rate.Method：From March 2016 to August 2016,a total of 102 nursing students in our department were given staged intervention,the PDCA cycle management method was taken,teaching plan and training plan were made,sanitation facilities was improved,the propaganda was strengthened,timely feedback information was received to improve teaching methods.The basic knowledge of nursing students＇ hand hygiene,the correct rate of hand washing and the compliance of hand hygiene were compared before and after the intervention.Result：There were significant differences in the accuracy of washing technique and qualified hand hygiene before and after the intervention（P〈0.001）.The hand hygiene standard appraisal result of the medical staff improved significantly.Conclusion：The PDCA method using in the management of hand hygiene of nursing interns in operation room can achieve good results, make students grasp the timing and method of hand washing,hand sanitizer,improve hand hygiene of qualified,improve the basic health care knowledge.
