摘　　要：高校师资队伍建设是专业建设和人才培养的重要部分,构建新兴专业的师资队伍建设模式是一个需要不断研究与实践的过程。数据工程类专业师资队伍建设需要满足专业复合型需求目标、专业实践型需求目标、数据工程技术的科研需求目标。数据工程类专业师资队伍建设模式的指导思想:科研面向应用,服务专业;教学立足需求,强化实践;产业树立特色,服务地方;产学研一体化相互支撑。通过师资队伍建设模式的特色实践,提高数据工程类专业人才培养的质量。The construction of the teacher＇s team in colleges and universities is an important part of professional construction and personnel training, therefore, the mode of constructing the teacher＇ s team of emerging major is a process which is required to be researched and practiced continuously. The construction of the teacher＇ s team of Data Engineering major needs to meetthe demands of professional complex objectives,professional practice objectives and research objectives of data engineering technology. The guiding ideology of the construction mode of the teacher＇s team of Data Engineering major is： research is applicationoriented and serve major; teaching is based on needs and strengthens practice; industry is established with characteristics and serve local economy and industry, university and research are integrated and support mutually.Throngh the characteristic practice of the construction mode ~the teacher＇s team,the quality of the personnel training of Data Engineering specialty is improved.
