摘 要:采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定了金针菇和杏鲍菇菌糠中矿质元素含量。结果表明,在优化仪器工作条件下,两种菌糠的8种矿质元素测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.36%~1.93%,回收率为95.33%~106.00%,精密度试验结果 RSD值为0.24%~1.99%。两种菌糠中8种矿质元素含量分别为K 69 983.74~75 667.84 mg/kg、Ca 66 208.45~62 607.39 mg/kg、Mg 27 053.00~35 422.69 mg/kg、Fe4 533.14~5 776.33 mg/kg、Na 3 102.59~3 164.90 mg/kg、Mn 655.93~926.62 mg/kg、Zn 265.08~297.20 mg/kg、Cu 36.68~42.12 mg/kg。两种菌糠均有较高的品质,可作为土壤改良剂、复合矿物质肥和微生物肥的原料,也可作为二次栽培食用菌的培养料。The contents of mineral elements in mushroom substrate of Flammulina velutiper and Pleuroms eryngii were determined by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry method. Results indicated that under the optimal working conditions, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of these eight mineral elements in the mushroom substrate was 0.36-1.93%, the recovery rate was 95.33%-106.00%, the RSD of precision tests results was 0.24%-1.99%. The contents of eight mineral elements in the mushroom substrate were K 69 983.74-75 667.84 mg/kg, Ca 66 208.45-62 607.39 mg/kg, Mg 27 053.00-35 422.69 mg/kg, Fe 4 533.14-5 776.33 mg/kg, Na 3 102.59-3 164.90 mg/kg, Mn 655.93-926.62 mg/kg, Zn 265.08-297.20 mg/kg, Cu 36.68-42.12 mg/kg, respectively. The two mushroom substrates had high quality, which could be used as the raw material of soil conditioner, composite mineral fertilizer and microbial fertilizer, and also could be used as the secondary cultivation substrates of edible mushrooms.
