摘 要:目的评价分析课题“基于全科助理医生培养的三年制临床医学实习模式构建”实施2年后的效果。方法选取本校2013、2014届毕业生和2015、2016届毕业生作为对照组和观察组,比较两组毕业生实习效果。结果通过课题组实习模式改革后,实习教学质量明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),改革后毕业生撰写的与临床医学专业相关的毕业论文水平显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。毕业生对改革后临床实习教学模式构建的满意度达97.3%。结论改革后毕业生深受校内外专家、同行和用人单位的好评,为国家培养了大批面向乡村、服务基层的“下得去、用得上、留得住”的助理全科医生。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect 2 years after carrying out three-year clinical internship mode construction based on assistant general doctor training. Methods 2013 and 2014 graduates from our college were selected as a control group and 2015 and 2016 an observation group. The internship effects were compared between these two groups. Results After the practice mode reform, practice teaching quality was improved obviously and the level of clinical-medicine-related thesis written by the graduates was increased markedly, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). The graduates' satisfaction of clinical practice teaching mode construction was 97.3%. Conclusions After the reform, the graduates were highly praised by the experts of our college and outside our college, peers, and employers; and the assistant general doctors facing countryside and serving the grassroots who can be basically used, have high quality, and will be retained by employers are trained for the nation.
