摘 要:师资整合对高职院校发展、人才培养至关重要,基于师资整合根本目标逐步强化师资队伍培养体系,全面走向专业化建设。遵循和关注个性化发展思路,打造教师可持续发展路线。围绕教师本身角色特征,推动教师心理素质、个人魅力以及抗压能力培养。依托师资职称标准体系,借鉴国际一流师资队伍发展经验以及高效合理的激励机制,减少师资整合的内在困境,加速师资整合工作的开展。Integration of teachers is essential to the development of higher vocational colleges and cultivation of talents. Based on the fundamental goal of teacher integration,we should gradually strengthen teachers' training system to move towards all- round professional construction. By following and paying attention to personalized development idea,we should build sustainable development route for teachers. Around the teacher's own role characteristics,we should promote teachers' psychological quality,personal charm and stress tolerance. Based on teacher professional title standard system,we should draw lessons from the development experience of international first- class teachers and refer to efficient and reasonable incentive mechanism to reduce the inherent dilemma in teachers' integration and accelerate integration of teachers.
