摘　　要：基础教育信息化是当今世界各国极为关注的焦点问题之一。作为实施基础教育信息化战略重要工具的基础教育信息化测评指标体系是当前教育科学的研究热点。为快速而全面地了解与进一步研究,文章在综合应用文献研究、内容分析、规划文件分析的基础上,综述了国内外基础教育信息化测评指标体系研究的历史与现状,归纳出了基础教育信息化测评指标体系构建的一般过程与方法,指出了基础教育信息化测评指标体系研究的未来走向:现有"静态"的基础教育信息化测评指标体系已不能适应教育信息化飞速发展的需要,必须加强标准化、动态化、科学化研究,促进教育现代化发展。ICT in basic education is one of focuses in today＇s world. As an important tool for the implementation of ICT in basic education, the evaluation index system is becoming a hot research issue in educational science. For rapid and comprehensive understanding and further research, based on literature research, content analysis and the analysis of planning documents, this paper reviews the research history and present situation of the evaluation index system of ICT in basic education at home and abroad, summarizes the general process and methods used to establish it, and points out its future research direction： The ＂static＂ evaluation index system of [CT in basic education cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of ICT in education, and the research of standardized, dynamic, scientific evaluation index system must be strengthened to promote the development of education modernization.
