摘  要:书联网理念和数字技术促进了教材资源建设的转型与升级。书联网时代的教材资源建设不仅使教材资源表现形态从数媒型、网媒型到跨媒型转变,而且其特征、理念、价值取向、技术工具等方面也发生了变化。为了凸显教材资源的学本特征、跨媒特征和互联特征等,需要重点把握教材资源建设的四项基本原则:设计过程中的学—教协同原则、开发过程中的技—媒融合原则、应用过程中的用—生结合原则以及评价过程中的评—测一体原则。最后,本研究将以国家精品资源共享课"现代教育技术应用"教材资源建设为例,完整地诠释书联网时代教材资源建设的全过程。The concepts of book-networking and digital technology promote transformation and upgrading of the construction of teaching material resources. In book-networking era, the forms of teaching material resources are transformed from digital media type to Internet media type and then to cross-media type. And moreover, the characteristics, concept, value orientation, technical tool of teaching material resources also have a remarkable change. In order to highlight the learning-based, cross-media and internet features of teaching material resources, four principles need to be stressed during its construction,namely, collaboration of leaming and teaching in design process, fusion of technology and media in development process, combination of use and creation in application process, and integration of evaluation and measurement in evaluation process. Finally, take national exquisite course Application of Modem Educational Technology for example, the whole process of the construction of teaching material resources in book-networking era is fully demonstrated.
