摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取亚贡叶的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,研究了贵州产亚贡叶的挥发性成分及其相对含量,定性分析及相对定量分析结果表明:亚贡叶的挥发性成分共检出68种化学成分,可大致归为9类,其中烯类(25种)的数量最多,相对含量大于1%的物质有14种,包括α-萜品烯(28.82%)、3-甲基戊醛(11.6%)、(1R)-4-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-3-环己烯-1-醇(9.61%)、右旋大根香叶烯(8.23%)等。由此可知,贵州产亚贡叶中含有多种抗氧化、抗菌、驱虫作用等生物活性成分,具有继续深入研究的意义。The volatile components were extracted from the leaves of yacon( Smallanthus sonchifolius) in Guizhou by using water reflux method,and their relative contents were analyzed by GC-MS. Through qualitative analysis and relative quantitative analysis,a total of 68 kinds of volatile chemical constituents were identified from the leaves of yacon,and they could be classified into 9 types. Among them,the quantity of alkenes was the most( 25 kinds). There were 14 kinds of volatile compounds whose relative content was over 1.0%,including α-terpinene( 28.82%),3-methyl-pentanal( 11.6%),( 1R)-4-methyl-1-( 1-methylethyl)-3-cyclohex-1-alcohol( 9. 61%),dextro-germacrene( 8. 23%),etc. Therefore,the leaves of yacon in Guizhou contain a variety of bioactive components possessing antioxidant,antibacterial and anthelmintic effects.
