摘 要:高师院校的师范生作为基础教育现代化的师资储备,其教育科研能力不仅关系到自身的专业发展,还对师范院校科研水平的提升起着重要作用,更关系到国家基础教育课程改革的深化。一直以来,我国师范院校疏于对师范生教育科研能力的培育,导致基础教育师资科研素养不高,制约着基础教育整体科研水平。因此,必须通过搭建多元平台、提供资金制度保障,创新课程体系、改善课堂教学模式,切实履行导师职责、创新奖励机制等手段来切实培养师范生的教育科研能力。As a teacher reserve for the modernization of basic education, the normal university students are not only related to their professional development, but also play an important role in enhancing the level of scientific research in normal universities. It is also related to the deepening of the reform of the national basic education curriculum. China's normal schools have been neglecting the cultivation of normal students' ability of education and research, which results in the low scientific research literacy ability of basic education teachers and restricts the overall level of scientific research in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, it is necessary to build a multi-platform to provide financial system protection, innovate the curriculum system, improve the classroom teaching mode, fulfill the duty of the instructor, and innovate the reward mechanism to cultivate the normal education and scientific research ability.
