摘 要:目的探讨基于岗位胜任力评估指标体系的新护士综合招聘举措对招聘成效的影响。方法将通过资格初审的180名待聘护士,随机分为对照组和干预组各90名。对照组采用理论考核+操作考核+面试答辩+体检进行招聘;干预组构建新护士胜任力评估指标体系,引入了大五人格测验、结构化面试、无领导小组讨论、行为事件访谈等举措进行招聘。结果招聘6个月后,干预组录用合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论构建新护士胜任力评估指标体系综合评估应聘人员,是甄别和预测胜任力较强的新护士的有效方法,有助于提高招聘效率。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive recruitment strategy for new nurses based on competency assessment in- dex system on recruitment outcome. Methods Totally 180 candidates who have passed the preliminary examination and waiting for recruitment to be a new nurse were randomized into a control group and an intervention group, with 90 nurses in each group. The recruitment process for the control group included theoretical examination, operation examination, face to face interview and physi- cal examination; the competency assessment index system for new nurses was constructed for the intervention group, and the five personality tests, structured interview, leaderiess group discussion and behavioral event interview were included in their recruit- ment. Results Six months after the recruitment, the qualified employment rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Construction of competency assessment index system and its application in comprehensive assessment of candidates, is an effective method to discriminate and predict the new nurses with strong competency, and it is benefit to increase recruitment efficiency.
