认知语境视角下UCP600中译本词汇翻译特点浅析

摘　　要：以认知语境为研究视角,对UCP600中译本词汇翻译特点及其特点成因进行分析,发现认知语境对语义发挥着制约和创造性的作用,使得UCP600中译本在专业术语和情态动词等词汇翻译上呈现出一一对应的特点,原文信息得到对等传递,法律语言的准确性得以实现。It attempted to analyze the characteristics of lexical translation of UCP600＇s Chinese version and the reasons for these characteristics＇ formation from the perspective of cognitive context. As it is sug- gested, due to the restrictive and creative role played by the cognitive context upon the lexical meaning, the lexical translation of UCP600＇s Chinese version is basically consistent to its English version to convey the original information equivalently and to achieve the accuracy of the legal language.
