脑血栓治疗中奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉的应用意义探究

摘　　要：目的:探究脑血栓治疗中奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉的应用意义。方法:选择2013年6月至2016年6月笔者所在医院收治的74例脑血栓患者临床资料进行分析,将74例患者分成两组,一组仅应用依达拉奉治疗设作对照组,另一组在依达拉奉治疗同时联合奥扎格雷钠治疗设作观察组,两组连续治疗2周后,比较两组治疗效果与神经功能缺损评分情况。结果:治疗2周后,进行总有效率疗效比较,对照组为75.68%,观察组为94.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑血栓治疗中应用奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉疗效理想,可以有效改善脑血栓患者的神经功能缺损情况。Objective：To explore the application of ozagrel sodium combined with edaravone in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods：74 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our hospital from June2013 to June2016 were divided into two groups.One group was treated with edaravone only and the other group was treated with edaravone at the same time.Ozagrel sodium treatment set observation group,two groups of two weeks of continuous treatment,compared the two groups of treatment and neurological deficit score.Results：After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was94.59%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than the control group（75.68%）.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,Neurological deficit score was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ozagrel sodium combined with edaravone is effective in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
