摘　　要：以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,构建与社会需求相适应的应用型药学人才培养教育模式。通过开展社会调查工作,分析高职药学专业毕业生的就业去向;通过职业与岗位分析,确定药学专业培养目标。根据职业岗位群,确定课程设置,构建了以适应不同岗位职业能力为核心,基于工作任务、工作过程为导向的"2+1"的药学专业课程体系。改革人才培养模式,凸显专业特色,突出实践能力,加强专业建设,提高了教育教学质量,促进了学科发展。Taking the service as the objective and the employment as the guidance, the construction and the social demand adapt to the application of pharmacy personnel training education mode. Through the social investigation, the analysis of the employment of pharmacy graduates in higher vocational colleges, through the occupation and position analysis, to determine the pharmaceutical professional training objectives. According to the occupational position group, the course is set up, and the pharmacy specialty course system of ＂ 2＋1＂, which is based on the work task and the working process oriented, is constructed. Reform of personnel training mode, highlighting the professional characteristics, highlighting practical ability, strengthen the professional construction, improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the development of the discipline.
