摘  要:围绕提高人才培养质量和提升教师教学能力,湖北理工学院按照"建立标准,构建体系,完善制度,健全队伍,闭环运行,注重考核"的方针,构建了"以学校为主导,教学院部为主体"具有适应性与扩展性的全员参与、全过程保证、全方位监控的教学质量监控体系,形成了运行有序、监控有效、自我管理、自我诊断、自我改进和自我完善的教学质量保障机制,有效促进了学校人才培养质量的稳步提高和培养目标的达成。To improve the quality of talent cultivation and promote faculty, teaching ability, under the guid-ance of principles of setting up standard, building system, perfecting mechanism, strengthening the construc-tion of faculty, operating with closed loop, attaching importance to assessment, Hubei Polytechnic University builds an adaptive and expandable teaching quality monitoring system with the central position of the schools and leading role of the university and all staffs participation, whole process guarantee and all - round monito-ring. The teaching quality guarantee mechanism is established with the features of orderly operation, effective monitoring, self management, self diagnosis, self improvement and self perfection. It effectively promotes the steady improvement of talent cultivation quality and the achievement of talent cultivation objectives.
