摘  要:加快特殊教育信息化进程,以特殊教育信息化带动特殊教育现代化,是破解制约我国特殊教育发展难题、促进特殊教育创新与变革、实现特殊教育事业跨越式发展的重要战略抉择。现阶段我国特殊教育信息化建设存在起步晚、起点低、基础差、底子薄、投入少、发展慢、关注低等突出问题。受经济社会和教育文化发展水平的影响与制约,陕西省特殊教育信息化建设在教育信息化硬件环境、教育信息化软件资源、教师信息化教学行为和教师信息化教学能力培训四个方面已经取得了较大发展,但仍然存在诸多亟待解决的问题与不足。建议从政府、学校和教师三个层面采取有效措施和对策,以促进陕西省特殊教育信息化全面协调可持续发展。Accelerating the informatization progress of special education and driving special education modernization based on special education informatization is an important strategic choice to break the restrictions on the development of Chinese special education,promote the innovation and reform of special education,and achieve the leapfrog development of special education cause.At the present stage the special education informatization in China is troubled by outstanding problems such as late starting,low starting point,poor foundation,weak economic basis,low input,slow development and low attention.Subject to the local social,economic,education and cultural development level,informatization construction of special education in Shaanxi Province has achieved greater development in informatized educational hardware environment,informatized educational software resources,teachers' informatized teaching behavior,and teachers' informatized teaching ability.But there still exist many problems and deficiencies to be solved.This paper suggests taking effective measures and countermeasures at government,school and teacher levels to promote the comprehensive,harmonious,sustainable development of special education information in Shaanxi Province
