摘  要:考查创新能力是时代对高考的要求,是高考选拔性考试特点的重要体现,也是今后高考改革的重要内容。高考要结合学科考试的特点,构建新型、综合、统一的考试体系和目标框架。具体途径为:通过增强学科命题内容的基础性、综合性,夯实考生的学科知识基础;创新试题设计方式,增强探索性和开放性,引导考生创造性地思考问题;丰富试题情景设计,采用多种信息展示方式,呈现题干条件和设问要求;结合自然科学、人文科学、社会科学的实际问题深入考查学生分析和解决问题的能力;渗透文化内涵,建立多元综合的评价标准。Assessment on creativity in the National College Entrance Exam (NCEE) is a requirement of the era, a reflection of the selectivity purpose of NCEE, and a highlight reform of NCEE in the future. The NCEE needs to in- tegrate the characteristics of subject tests and construct assessment system and objective matrix that are innovative, comprehensive, and coherent. We need to strengthen students' subject knowledge foundation through making the con- tents in each subject test more fundamental and comprehensive. We need to cultivate students' creative thinking in problem solving through applying innovative methods of making test items and make the exam more exploratory and nonconventional. We need to apply multiple ways of presenting information and enrich scenario designs when develop- ing the stems and options in test items. We need to assess students' ability to analyze and solve problems through in- volving real-life issues in natural science, humanities, and social science. Finally, we need to penetrate cultural con- notation and establish multivariate and comprehensive standard.
