摘  要:迁移是教师自主选择环境、自主发展的一种倾向。当迁移教师进入一个全新的环境中,不仅改变了迁入地教师的地缘结构,也需要重建业缘群体,崭新的环境完全改变了教师职业的生存状态,提升了教师的环境生存能力、竞争能力。教师迁移流动影响着教师队伍建设以及个体教师的专业发展。迁移对教师专业发展的促进作用表现为:为教师迈向精英之路作可能铺垫,激活教师专业发展的情感动力,竞争性迁移调动教师的积极性,为迁入地学校和教师增添生机和活力。从现实情况看,教师迁移的正向效应远远大于其负面影响,但也不能回避因其负面影响而成为教师专业发展的"代价",有必要进行深入分析并努力化解。Migration is a tendency for teachers to choose the environment,self-development. When migrating teacher into a new environment, not only changed the way teachers move into geopolitical structure, but also need to rebuild the industry, geographical groups, a new environment completely changed the survival of the state of the teach- ing profession, to enhance the teachers' environmental viability, competitiveness.Therefore, teachers migration flows af- fect construction of teachers and individual teachers' professional development. Migration promote professional development of teachers for performance :for teachers towards elite pave the road as possible, activate emotional power of teachers' professional development,competitiveness,migration to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers for schools and teachers moved to add vigor and vitality. From a realistic point of view, the positive effect of the migration of teachers is far greater than the negative impact, but it can not be avoided because of its negative impact on the professional devel- opment of teachers and become the "price", it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis and efforts to resolve.
