《伤寒论》教学内容的个别疑点及解决方案——兼论“气水升降出入”说的确立

摘　　要：当今中医院校《伤寒论》教学对于中医学术的传承功不可没,然对个别核心问题的阐释并不详明,徒增疑惑。本文在分析当今《伤寒论》教材疑点的基础上,提出"气水升降出入"说作为解决此疑难问题的关键,以期对《伤寒论》理论研究有小补,对其临床应用有点滴贡献,且可使《伤寒论》教学更直观、形象、通俗。Great contributions were made for the TCM teaching of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases, but the explainlations of some core problems were found no details, which made so much doubt. Based on analysis of the teaching materials, we proposed the model of qi and body-fluid movement as an approach hinge. Those trails were expected to supplement the theory of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and make contributions to its clinical application. The model would make the teaching of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases is visual and easy.
